The Lurie Garden in December
Yesterday Judy got downtown and had a long-delayed reunion with the Lurie Garden. She was enchanted with its winter splendor, and took lots of photos with her phone.

The snow has melted, and Judy has been anxious to take pictures of the Lurie Garden before all the plants are mowed down. Last Saturday we both had reason to be in the loop, so while I was working Judy took some time to wander Lurie Garden with her camera.

At my annual checkup I was told to try walking for a half hour every day in addition to whatever other exercise I was already doing. Luckily for me, the Lurie Garden is just about 10 minute walk from my office.
