Those asclepias seed pods are amazing! And I love the concrete chicken.
I haven’t posted any of the pictures of how the pods were crawling with black and orange milkweed bugs. Not than I mind them. Glad you like the chicken, I think that’s as close as I’m going to get to having live ones!
Hey man,
Beautiful Miagery. Big thumbs up on the chicken. New theory: If you can’t have the real thing, always get a good surrogate to evoke their memory.
Best,
Patrick
Thanks Patrick. Glad you appreciate the chicken.
Very autumnal.
Beautiful! Is that ‘Redshift’ coreopsis? I recently added ‘Star Cluster’ to one of my butterfly gardens.
You know, it looks like Redshift but is actually Star Cluster! The color changed after the weather cooled.
Lovely photo’s Jason, I love the shot of the autumn leaves.
Beautiful fall colors. Is that tree/bush a service berry?
