I. Love. This. Plant. You have been its cheerleader for a few years now, and I finally got some plants this year. Next year, I’m trying to start seeds, and I’m hoping there will even be some re-seeding. Hail, Tithonia!
I know it is deep summer when you show variations on this subject. I always look forward to seeing this scene. I just wish it was in my garden. I don’t know why I don’t get some seed and grow these gorgeous flowers. NEXT year I will certainly do it. Superb photo.
You have captured a beautiful scene there, Jason! Nice shot!
Thank you!

Did you hear that Anton’s is closing in Evanston? I’m devastated!
Oh, my. That’s enough.
I thought so.
Just got a notification from Monarch Watch that roosting has been observed up north! Migration has begun! The photo is gorgeous!
It does feel like we have entered the migration period. Lots of Monarchs all over lately.
Great picture!
Beautiful, both of them!
A beautiful photo … Well done Judy/Jason … It should be used to promote Monarch butterflies in gardening magazines.
A beautiful scene!
Thank you!

Thanks. Looks like next year I will also have to grow from seed, as Anton’s is closing!
My favorite annual for Monarchs and so easy to grow from seed too. Thanks for the gorgeous photo!
You just received the Oscar for gardening. 🙂
You’re too kind! I owe it all to my public.
I had a monarch on my tithonia last evening. You captured the shot!
I hope you see many more while migration is under way!
That’s enough. What a beauty!
I agree.
Perfect butterfly on a perfect flower.
Thanks!
Quite enough! Utterly stunning picture!!!xxx

Perfect shot.
Thanks! I actually took this one.
Well done
Great shot! I am always excited to see monarchs!
I see them every day but it’s still exciting!
Beautiful! I am seeing more butterflies in my garden this year. The first one I saw, months ago, was a monarch!
Seems like this is a good year for butterflies.
Absolutely gorgeous photo, Jason!
Thanks, Sunil!
Stunning photo Jason!
